Rates

My fee for a 60-minute therapy intake session is $250.
My fee for a 60-minute therapy session is $235.
My fee for a 90-minute therapy session is $355.

Cancellation Policy 

Cancellations will be subject to a full charge of the session rate if not received at least 24 hours in advance. This is necessary because a time commitment is made to you and is held exclusively for you. If you are late for a session, you may lose some of that session time. Please note that insurance policies do not reimburse late cancellations and no-shows.

Insurance

I am not contracted with any insurance companies. If you would like to pursue reimbursement for services from your insurance company I can provide a superbill. Please call you insurance company to learn more about out-of-network coverage and reimbursement.

No Surprises Act

All clients are entitled to a “Good Faith Estimate” of expected charges. This will be provided to you in your intake paperwork.

Telehealth

In addition to In-Person services in San Diego, CA, I also provide telehealth (video or phone) therapy sessions. Telehealth has certain limitations and risks, such as potential technical issues or breaches of privacy. Before beginning telehealth, we will review informed consent that covers these topics in detail to ensure you feel comfortable and informed.

Privacy & Confidentiality

Protecting your privacy and confidentiality is a top priority. While all information you share during therapy sessions is confidential and protected by professional ethical standards and laws, please be aware that communications through this website—such as emails or contact forms—are not fully secure and may carry some risks.

During our first session, we will review confidentiality in detail, including its limits. If you have any questions or concerns about confidentiality at any point, please don’t hesitate to bring them up. I want you to feel safe and fully informed throughout our work together.
