My Therapeutic

I approach therapy with warmth, flexibility, and a strong belief in each person’s capacity for healing and growth. My work is grounded in both relational and evidence-based approaches, tailored to meet your unique needs and goals. I draw from the following frameworks in our work together:

  • Relational Psychodynamic Therapy – to explore how early experiences shape current patterns and relationships

  • Humanistic Therapy – to support authenticity, self-acceptance, and meaning-making

  • Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) – to help identify and shift unhelpful thoughts and behaviors

  • Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT) – to build emotional regulation, distress tolerance, and mindfulness skills

  • Cognitive Processing Therapy (CPT) – for structured trauma work and reducing post-traumatic distress

  • Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing (EMDR) – to reprocess traumatic memories and restore internal balance
